A woman dies due to corona in Kangra on Saturday

Dharamshala: On Saturday morning, a woman died due to corona in the Kangra District. With this, the death toll from Corona has now reached 25 in Kangra District.

CMO Kangra Dr. Gurdarshan Gupta told that the deceased woman was from Aiju of Jogindernagar Tehsil of Mandi district. The 65-year-old woman was admitted to Tanda Medical College on September 17 due to fever and other problems. The woman was tested for corona and the result was positive. The woman was also a patient of hypertension and diabetes type II and died on Saturday at 8:55 am due to being corona positive.

On the other hand, eight new corona infected cases have also been reported in the district on Saturday morning. The number of people infected in the district so far is 1776. Whereas 1115 corona patients have been recovered so far. The number of active patients in the district has reached 636 whereas 25 people lost their lives.

On the other hand, the number of infected persons in Himachal has reached 11623 and out of which 4433 are still active 7081 cured and 109 deaths registered till date.
