Titled ‘Yugapravartak Dr. Hedgewar – Sangh Srujanacha Bhavya Natya Avishkar’, the event was held at Ramkrishna More Natyagruha in Chinchwad and at Vitthal Tupe Patil Natyagruha, Hadapsar, Pune and was presented by Nadbrahma, Nagpur.

Pune, October 31, 2025: Sumeet Group Enterprises sponsored a grand theatrical presentation celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, the founder of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Titled ‘Yugapravartak Dr. Hedgewar – Sangh Srujanacha Bhavya Natya Avishkar’, the event was held at Ramkrishna More Natyagruha in Chinchwad and at Vitthal Tupe Patil Natyagruha, Hadapsar, Pune and was presented by Nadbrahma, Nagpur.
The production artfully depicted key moments from Dr. Hedgewar’s extraordinary journey — from his early years and participation in the Indian freedom movement to the founding of the RSS and his tireless efforts to foster unity and national consciousness across India. The performance also featured the poignant Muhurtamedh of Expansion, symbolizing Dr. Hedgewar’s enduring vision of nation-building.
Scripted by Dr. Ajay Pradhan, directed by Subodh Surjikar, and produced by Padmakar Dhanorkar with music by Shailesh Dani, the play has been staged across Pune and Chinchwad to widespread acclaim. Pune audiences responded with heartfelt appreciation, lauding the show’s powerful portrayal of one of India’s most influential reformers.
