A New Beginning of Leadership: Central Student Association Formed at Ramgarhia Girls College
The first assembly of the academic session 2026–27 was held at Ramgarhia Girls College, along with the formation of the Central Student Association (CSA).

Ludhiana, August 12, 2026: The first assembly of the academic session 2026–27 was held at Ramgarhia Girls College, along with the formation of the Central Student Association (CSA). The programme commenced with a Shabad rendition by the students of the PG Department of Music. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Ajit Kaur graced the event as the chief guest. She was warmly welcomed with flowers by the CSA In-charge, Prof. Aarti Kapoor, and the Assembly In-charges, Dr. Harbinder Kaur and Prof. Mandeep Kaur Gulati.
On the occasion, Kareena Rawat, a student of B.Com 3 was appointed as the College Head Girl, while Harmandeep Kaur of BCA3 was appointed as the Deputy Head Girl. The newly selected members of the CSA team were also congratulated on their appointment.
Principal Dr. Ajit Kaur welcomed all the students to the college and congratulated the newly appointed CSA team. Addressing the students, she said, “We hope that in the times to come, all of you will perform your responsibilities with complete dedication and commitment. Through your hard work, you will bring glory to the college and make your parents proud. We always wish you a bright and successful future.” She also appreciated the efforts of CSA In-charge Aarti Kapoor for forming such a promising team, which would remain actively engaged throughout the year in maintaining discipline in the college.The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.
