Rohtak, January 17, 2026: Two faculty members of Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR) has achieved a new milestone in medical education.

Dr. Aarti and Dr. Kamal from the varsity have successfully completed the two-year MHPE (Masters in Health Professionals Education) course from Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth, Puducherry. It is noteworthy that these two faculty members are the first from UHSR to have completed this course in medical education.

Dr. Aarti and Dr. Kamal said that after completing this course, they have gained knowledge of new techniques and methodologies in medical education. Describing the course as beneficial, they said that they will implement it in their teaching and research.

The UHSR Vice-Chancellor, Prof. H.K. Agarwal, and Director Dr. S.K. Singhal congratulated Dr. Aarti and Dr. Kamal on their achievement and termed it a proud moment for UHSR. The Vice-Chancellor said that with this achievement, the UHSR has entered a new era in medical education.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Aarti has previously obtained an LLB degree from MDU, an ACME (Advanced Course in Medical Education) from CMC Ludhiana, and a PGDMLE (Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics) from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.
