Chandigarh, May 14, 2014: The Punjab Government has fixed 8.7 per cent interest rate on General Provident Fund (GPF) and Contributory Provident Fund (CPF) for the year 2014-15.
Disclosing this here, an official spokesperson of the Finance Department said that the employees could avail 8.7 per cent interest rate from 1.4.2014 on GPF & CPF and other funds credited by them.
