82nd Grand Nagar Kirtan Organized on the Auspicious Occasion of the 556th Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji
The Ramgarhia Educational Council, in collaboration with Ramgarhia Gurudwara Sahib, Miller Ganj, Ludhiana, and the devoted Sangat, organized the 82nd Grand Nagar Kirtan to mark the 556th Parkash Purab of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
                        Ludhiana, November 04, 2025:  The Ramgarhia Educational Council, in collaboration with Ramgarhia Gurudwara Sahib, Miller Ganj, Ludhiana, and the devoted Sangat, organized the 82nd Grand Nagar Kirtan to mark the 556th Parkash Purab of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. 
The celebration took place in an atmosphere of deep faith, devotion, and spiritual fervour under the divine blessings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. The Nagar Kirtan was led by the Panj Pyare and witnessed enthusiastic participation from Singh Sabhas, Seva Committees, Women’s Satsang Groups, and Sukhmani Sahib Seva Committees, as well as members of various religious, social, and political organizations, youth wings, lawyers, doctors, Nihang Singhs, members of the Ramgarhia Educational Council, and principals, teachers, and students of Ramgarhia educational institutions and Gurmat Colleges. 
The sacred procession commenced from Ramgarhia Gurudwara Sahib and passed through Vishwakarma Chowk, Manju Cinema, Dholewal Chowk, Pratap Chowk, Bhagwan Chowk, Jaimal Road, Janta Nagar Chowk, and Gill Road before returning to the Gurudwara Sahib. The entire route was beautifully decorated by the Sangat, and Langar was served at several locations to all devotees. 
As part of the celebrations, Sri Akhand Path Sahib began on November 3, 2025, at Ramgarhia Gurudwara Sahib, with the Bhog Ceremony scheduled for November 5, 2025. Thereafter, a Gurmat Samagam will be held in Baba Gurmukh Singh Hall, featuring Kirtan by students of Ramgarhia institutions and the Gurudwara’s Ragi Jatha, along with Katha Vachaks who will share enlightening discourses from the life and teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. 
On this blessed occasion, Ranjodh Singh, President of the Ramgarhia Educational Council, expressed his gratitude to the Almighty and stated, “This Nagar Kirtan is a living symbol of human unity and harmony. It provides a sacred opportunity to share the timeless teachings and greatness of Guru Nanak Dev Ji with the community.” 
Gurcharan Singh Lotey, Secretary of the Council, remarked, “Such religious congregations inspire us to remember God’s name and motivate us to incorporate the divine wisdom of Gurbani into our daily lives.” 
Among those who received the Guru’s blessings were Ranjodh Singh and Gurcharan Singh Lotey, along with Council members Bhupinder Singh Milap, Gurmeet Singh Kular, Avtar Singh Bhogal, Raghubir Singh Sohal, Hakam Singh, Malkeet Singh Barnala, Mohan Singh Lotey, Didarjit Singh Lotey, Parmjit Singh Sal, and Harvinder Singh Ruby. 
Principals of various Ramgarhia institutions also joined the procession, including Dr. Ajit Kaur, Ramgarhia Girls College, Mandeep Kaur, Ramgarhia Girls Senior Secondary  School,   Manpreet Kaur Virk, Ramgarhia Senior Secondary School for Boys, Uma Panesar, Ramgarhia Co-Education Senior Secondary School, and Balwinder Kaur, Ramgarhia Elementary School. 
The event concluded on a spiritually uplifting note with the presentation of Siropas to representatives of various participating organizations by the President, Secretary, and Council members, marking the successful and devotional culmination of the 82nd Grand Nagar Kirtan.
