Students of different schools while participating in face painting event during Sabyatech at CT Group.

Jalandhar, October 18, 2019: In a mega inter-school cultural cum tech event Sabyatech 2019, 6325 students from 189 schools of Punjab, Himachal, Haryana and Jammu participated at CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur campus.
The event was inaugurated by CT Group Chairman Charanjit S Channi, Managing Director Manbir Singh, Vice Chairman Harpreet Singh, Dean Academics Dr. Anupam Deep and Campus Director Dr. GS Kalra along with Additional Director Amandeep Aujla. The Chief Guest for the closing ceremony remained PPS Diljinder Dhillon, SSP, Vigilance Bureau.
Students from schools and colleges namely Cambridge Overseas School, Dayanand Model Senior Secondary School, AI International School, GTB International School, Manav Sehyog School, Holy Heart Junior School, MGN Public School, Police DAV Public School, Chanakaya International School, Government Girls Senior Secondary School etc.
In this, 33 different events took place like solo singing, solo dance, group singing, group dance, painting, cartooning, poster making, collage making, rangoli, mehandi, elocution, quiz, skit, mimicry, fashion walk, mime and tech events like basic circuit designing, robo war, LAN Gaming, Web Page Designing, Project Display, Code Designing, Digital Poster Designing etc. The overall trophy was lifted by GMA City Public School Singriwal with cash prize of Rs. 51,000 whereas the second prize of Rs. 31,000 was won by GMA City Public School, Chabbewal and third prize of Rs. 21,000 was won by Dayanand Model Senior Secondary School.
The event was organised by Department of Admissions headed by Additional Director Amandeep Aujla along with his team. Telling about the motive behind this event he said, “Well, this is one of the mega events of CT Group in which a good number of participation has been observed and our key objective was to give a wonderful platform to the budding talent to showcase their talent in various fields both culturally and technically.”
Chairman Charanjit S Channi congratulated all the winners and said, “The performances by the students were exceptionally well and I thank all the participating teams for coming and making this event a grand success.”
