61 LPU Students Explored the Frontiers of Global Entrepreneurship in Dubai's Thriving Startup Ecosystem

Jalandhar; September 19, 2025: In an initiative that redefines experiential learning, Lovely Professional University (LPU) facilitated an innovative Global Immersion Program in Dubai for 61 of its standout business students. The cohort, comprising 29 B. com (Hons.) and 32 BBA (Hons.) students, gained an insider's perspective into one of the world's most dynamic hubs for innovation and entrepreneurial ventures.

The program served as a powerful synthesis of academic theory and real-world application, granting participants privileged access to Dubai's global business ecosystem. The curriculum focused on contemporary entrepreneurial methodologies and innovation management strategies critical for success in today's hyper-competitive markets.

A pivotal session featured an intensive masterclass at the prestigious BlackSwan innovation hub, led by visionary leaders CEO Ms. Rupa Jha and Mr. Akhand Pratap Singh. Students engaged in deep dialogues on venture creation, the principles of disruptive innovation, and the architecture of sustainable business models.

The academic dimension was further enriched through a strategic collaboration with Ajman University. Specialized sessions delved into the UAE's strategic economic vision, leadership in innovation-driven environments, and the critical decision-making frameworks that underpin startup success. Further corporate immersion at Intercoil offered a masterclass in operational excellence, demonstrating how established manufacturing entities sustain a competitive advantage through relentless innovation and process optimization.
