60 youths donated blood in blood donation camp organized by Zirakpur Press Club

Zirakpur, June 11, 2023: Zirakpur Press Club and Vishvas Foundation Panchkula jointly organized a blood donation camp with the blessings of Gurudev Shri Swami Vishvas ji to meet the shortage of blood in hospitals due to summer. 

This blood donation camp was organized in front of Zirakpur Press Club office at Old Panchkula Road Zirakpur. Indian Red Cross Society District Branch Mohali contributed significantly in the blood donation camp. Along with this, in view of the summer, all the journalists and photographers of Zirakpur Press Club jointly organized Chabeel langar.
 Hundreds of people enjoyed the sight of sweet water. The workers of Kisan Jathebandi rendered their services in planting Chabeel.

Club President Sukhwinder Saini expressed his gratitude to the leaders and administrative officers from social organizations, political parties, and on behalf of Zirakpur Press Club, thanked the colleagues who supported this program to make it a success and said that  We will continue to do social work

 All the members of the club were present on this occasion.

Apart from Sadhvi Neelima Vishvas, President of Vishvas Foundation, Vice President Sadhvi Shakti Vishvas, MLAs Kuljeet Singh Randhawa, NK Sharma, Udayveer Singh Dhillon, Sanjeev Khanna, Bharatiya Janata Party and other stalwarts of Zirakpur participated in this blood donation camp and encouraged the blood donors. 

The team of Blood Bank AM Care Blood Centre Zirakpur collected 60 units of blood under the supervision of Dr. Kartik Aggarwal. The camp started at 10:00 am and went on till 3:00 pm.

MLA Kuljeet Singh Randhawa said that there is a misconception among people that donating blood brings weakness in the body. There is no weakness due to blood donation, rather everyone must donate blood once in 90 days. This helps the needy as well as keeps the body healthy. A pious work like blood donation comes in the greatest service.

Sadhvi Neelima Vishvas said that blood donation is a great donation. By giving blood to a needy person, his life can be saved. People generally have the mindset that donating blood brings weakness in the body. This is misleading information. Blood donation does not cause any weakness and the blood given in a week is supplied and new blood circulates in the body. He has appealed to the youth to take a pledge to donate blood and must donate blood in life.
All the blood donors who came to this blood donation camp were encouraged by giving appreciation letters and gifts.

On this occasion, Rishi Saral Vishvas, Rishi Mohit Vishvas, Mulkharaj Manocha, Pawan Garg, Vishal Kunwar, Shatrughan Kumar, Neeraj Yadav, doctors of Blood Bank from Vishvas Foundation and other dignitaries were also present.
