Dehradun: 500 school students belonging to Wynberg Allen School, Doon Cambridge School, Doon world school, Krist Jyoti School and Bajaj Institute of learning gathered at Pacific Mall Dehradun to spread awareness about cleanliness and personal hygiene on the occasion of Global Hand Washing Day. They washed their hands in order to sensitise people about the importance of washing their hand just before the meal. This activity was witnessed by 2500 visitors of the mall.
Before the children washed their hand at Salt food court, they were imparted training on the correct way of washing hand.
Global Handwashing Day is an international campaign to motivate people around the world to improve their Handwashing habits. Washing hands at critical points during the day and washing with soap are both important. Pacific Mall organised hand washing activity today to motivate patrons about hygiene in the same way mall authorities take hygiene on priority.
