4th Convocation of Creative Zone Salon and Academy held

Zirakpur, December 14, 2021: The 4th Convocation of Creative Zone Salon & Academy was held today at Hotel SC Residency, Zirakpur. More than 50 students of PG Diploma in Cosmetology were given certificates in the ceremony. Ms Renu Gulati, STCC Instructor for Beauty & Wellness, Cosmetology Member, was the chief guest of the programme, while Udayvir Singh Dhillon (MC, President, Zirakpur) and Navtej Navi (MC, Zirakpur) were the special guests. The brand ambassador of the institute, Varsha Thakur was also present on the occasion.
 
Zia Ur Rehman, Director, Creative Salon & Academy, said that they want to help the children of martyred farmers and soldiers by providing them free of cost training, so that their families can become financially independent. The academy has started providing free door-to-door counseling for economically weaker women. These include women who cannot attend the regular courses but who are interested in gaining skills in the beauty and care. The trained staff in the Creative Zone provides hands-on training modules under the able guidance and leadership of the three young entrepreneurs.
 
Ashraf, Director, Creative Salon & Academy said that workshops will be organized soon in association with some NGOs. We will also start beauty sessions for the people living in the slum area. The beauty industry is growing rapidly and there is a need for a lot of trained people in the industry. He said that he is happy that the Sirhind branch of Creative Zone has started with the support of the government. The salon offers permanent hair treatment, non-surgical hair transplant, permanent hair extension, permanent nail art, tattoos and spa facilities.
