4 found covid-19 positive, 6 discharged in Kangra: DC

Dharamshala: Four persons, all from Baijnath Sub-Division, have been tested Corona positive in Kangra district today. Three of them arrived in the district last week from the national capital while one returned from USA. These included three male and a female.
Deputy Commissioner Rakesh Prajapati said in  Dharamshala on Thursday that one male from Talson village, kept under at PRTI, Baijnath was tested positive. He arrived from Delhi by personal vehicle. An adolescent from Sagoor in home quarantine, had also arrived from Delhi by a taxi was found positive. A male from Baijanth, who was kept under institutional quarantine at Parour arrived from USA through a flight, was tested positive. A female of Mandhol village, who also returned from Delhi through taxi, was tested positive. All have been shifted to DCCC (Designated Covid-19 Care Center), Baijnath.
He told that six persons were discharged after they were found Corona virus negative on Thursday from DCCC, Baijnath. All of these recovered persons will have to remain under home quarantine for next seven days. Three of them belonged to Jheol gram panchayat near Dharamshala while two were from Lambagaon area and one hailed from Bhawarna under Palampur Sub-Division. The tally of recovered persons in the district now stands at 48. The district has 49 active cases. As many as 98 Covid-19 cases have been reported in the district so far with one death, he added. 
Rakesh Prajapati said,” amongst the recovered patients today, included mother and daughter-in-law from Lambagaon. This family of four had travelled from Mumbai. Two of them were declared negative last day. This family included mother, her son, daughter-in-law and grand-daughter. The family has been advised home isolation for 7 days”
