36 Crores worth new water scheme for Lapiana area: Kewal Singh Pathania

Dharamshala, January 22, 2023: Ruling party MLA from Shahpur constituency, Kewal Singh Pathania said that work will be done on a new water scheme worth Rs 36 crore in Lapiana area of Shahpur. “With this, there will be a permanent solution to the shortage of drinking water in the entire Changar region,” he added. He directed the officials to complete all the formalities related to the scheme and start the work soon.

The MLA assured the people that the present Congress government of Himachal Pradesh is the government of the common people and continuous efforts will be made by this government for the upliftment of the poor. “Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has taken important decisions during his short tenure to make life easier for orphan children and old people living in old age homes and  an important decision like the restoration of OPS for government employees, which will benefit lakhs of common people”, said Pathania.
