₹3,000 Crore Deals Mark NAR-India’s Power-Packed Show in Mumbai

Mumbai (Anil Bedag): The NAR-India National Convention held in Mumbai emerged as more than just an industry gathering—it signaled a transformative shift in India’s real estate brokerage landscape. With participation from over 1,800 delegates and active business deals exceeding ₹3,000 crore, the event proved to be a high-impact business catalyst for the sector.

What set the convention apart was its strong result-oriented approach. Structured B2B meetings, project showcases, and investment discussions created tangible business opportunities and injected fresh momentum into the industry.

The presence of corporate giants like Reliance Industries, Tata Group, and Aditya Birla Group underscored the growing importance of an organized and transparent brokerage network in India’s evolving real estate ecosystem.

Industry thought leadership also played a key role. Niranjan Hiranandani emphasized collaboration as the cornerstone of growth, while Chandresh Vithlani noted, “This event reflects a clear shift towards a more structured and professional brokerage ecosystem.”

The newly appointed leadership team is focused on driving this transformation forward. Chairman Sumanth Reddy stated, “Deep collaboration is becoming the foundation for faster deal flow and trust.” President-Elect Ashish Mehta added, “We have built not just an event, but a platform that will continuously drive opportunities and growth.”

With its new team, NAR-India is now gearing up to accelerate sector formalization through initiatives like ‘One India, One License’ and a digital transaction platform, setting the stage for the next phase of growth in real estate brokerage.
