Ludhiana, October 11, 2021: CT University’s School of Engineering and Technology organised a guest lecture in which Aryaman Verma remained the guest speaker who enlightened his views on ‘Future of Drones’. Aryaman is presently a student of XI, a tech enthusiast and innovator, three times India Book of Record Holder, World Stage Record Holder, Gold medallist at World Education Robotic Championship for two consecutive years.

For the students, discussing about Drones he elaborated about their parts, working and features. He said, “Drones and unmanned aerial vehicles are being used in Defence, Humanitarian Aid & Disaster relief etc. and this drone innovation is exciting, event with its risks and challenges. Over the past year we have seen drones becoming more relevant to people’s lives. This technology has matured, and during pandemic, there has been a new urgency about finding new ways of accessing good and services. A new class of system is emerging that can carry from 70kg to 500kg loads, depending on the aircraft.”

Later he also threw light over the future of drone technology in which he stated that World Economic Forum will create opportunities in drone technology to advance efficiency, sustainability and economic growth.

Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor congratulated the guest for his success and motivated the students to follow their passion at young age so that they can utilise their best in future.
