This is the building- a portion of which got collapsed on Friday afternoon, on Bahadurke Road, Ludhiana.

Ludhiana, March 1, 2013: Three labourers died after ceiling of an under construction building on Bahadurke Road collapsed (near grain market, Jalandhar Bypass) on Friday afternoon.
Fourth labourer, who was also in the building at the time of mishap, is said to be safe.
The cause of mishap is still uncertain.
Police and other officials have rushed to the spot.
It is feared that some more labourers are still buried under the debris.
The mishap occurred in the basement, it is learnt unofficially.
Rescue operation is in progress.
