3-Day Cultural Fest ‘ECTOPIA 2025’ commences at DMC&H

Ludhiana, November 06, 2025: DMC&H organized a three day event ‘ECTOPIA 2025’ with the theme ‘Pop & Pixel’ which was inaugurated at the DMC&H College Auditorium.
The chief guest for the event was Aaditya Dachalwal, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana
The session was also graced by other dignitaries Bipin Gupta, Secretary, DMC&H Managing Society, Mukesh Verma, Treasurer, DMC&H Managing Society, Dr. G.S. Wander, Principal DMC&H, Dean Academics Dr. Sandeep Kaushal and Dr. Sandeep Sharma & Dr Ashwani K Chaudhary Medical Superintendents, Dr Ashima Taneja, Addl Medical Supdt., & members of DMC&H cultural committee members also present on the occasion.

Dr Monika Singla, Organising Chairperson, DMC&H cultural committee members welcomed all the dignitaries who graced the occasion and she discussed the theme of ECTOPIA 2025 with the audience.
The newsletter ‘ECTOPIA TIMES’ was also released on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Bipin Gupta, appreciated the efforts of students and members of DMCH cultural committee for conducting this extravaganza for three days and he liked the theme very much as it is related to the environment. Further he urged everyone to come forward for tree plantation and make contribution to save our environment.
In his message, Dr G S Wander, lauded the efforts of students organizers and wished the event to be success.
This year the event was conducted by MBBS Batch 2020 and all the students were actively participated in the various events, showcasing their talents in duet singing, Ad Fad, Improv, Poetary and Group dances making Day 1 of ECTOPIA a memorable celebration.
Vote of thanks was proposed by Dr Garima Matta, Coordinator, DMC&H Cultural committee.
