3-Day Classical Music Workshop inaugurated at Ramgarhia Girls College

Ludhiana, July 4, 2019: To celebrate 550th birthday of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Ramgarhia Girls College, a three day Music Workshop is being organised by the Music Department of the college in the beginning of the new academic session. The workshop on ‘Techniques of Riaaz’ was inaugurated today by Giani Sant Baba Amir Singh. S. Ranjodh Singh, President, Ramgarhia Educational Council and Dr. Inderjit Kaur, Principal, welcomed the esteemed guests. Dr. Alankar Singh, Punjabi University Patiala enlightened all present with his valuable ideas and techniques. S. Ranjodh Singh considered it a great opportunity for the students to learn the tactics of music from such experts of their fields during these three days. Principal Dr. Inderjit Kaur called it a golden moment for all of us to be in the presence of such eminent musicians. The guests were facilitated by the college. Dr. Charanjeet Kaur, Head of the Music Department thanked all the guests.
