2500 Students from Across Punjab Participate in COLORS 2025 at CT Group, Maqsudan Campus
CT Group of Institutions, North Campus (Maqsudan), successfully hosted COLORS 2025 – Inter School Fiesta, a vibrant celebration of creativity, culture, and innovation. The mega event witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 100 schools and over 2500 students from Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Hoshiarpur, and Amritsar, making it one of Punjab’s largest inter-school fiestas.
Jalandhar, November 18, 2025: CT Group of Institutions, North Campus (Maqsudan), successfully hosted COLORS 2025 – Inter School Fiesta, a vibrant celebration of creativity, culture, and innovation. The mega event witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 100 schools and over 2500 students from Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Hoshiarpur, and Amritsar, making it one of Punjab’s largest inter-school fiestas.
Held under the theme “Imagine – Invent – Inspire”, COLORS 2025 brought together a diverse mix of Cultural, Technical, and Creative competitions. Students showcased exceptional talent across Solo Singing, Solo Dance, Group Dance, Bhangra, Giddha, Fashion Show, Quiz, Debate, Project Display (Maker Space), LAN Gaming, Code Debugging, Rangoli, Mehndi, Photography, Nail Art, Face Painting, Turban Tying, Fireless Cooking, Reel Making, and several other engaging activities.
The event was honoured by the presence of Chief Guest Smt. Harjinder Kaur, DEO (EE), Jalandhar; Guest of Honour Mr. Munish Sharma, Dy-DEO (EE), Jalandhar; and Guest of Honour Dr. Pankaj Shiv, Dental Surgeon and Ex-President, IDA Punjab State. They appreciated the creativity and confidence of young participants and highlighted the role of such events in promoting holistic learning.
The day concluded with a grand award ceremony. MGN Public School secured the Overall Trophy with the highest cumulative score. Police DAV Public School was declared 1st Runner-Up, while Jalandhar Public School claimed 2nd Runner-Up. Cash prizes of ₹11,000, ₹5,100, and ₹2,100 were awarded respectively to the top three schools.
Chairman S. Charanjit Singh Channi expressed appreciation for the overwhelming participation and stated that COLORS 2025 reflects CT Group’s commitment to nurturing young talent and encouraging creativity beyond academics.
Executive Director Dr. Nitin Tandon shared pride in witnessing the participation of over 2500 students, adding that the event once again highlighted the importance of experiential and activity-based learning in developing well-rounded individuals.
Campus Director Dr. Anurag Sharma thanked the students, faculty, and volunteers for their efforts, noting that the campus was filled with energy, innovation, and enthusiasm throughout the day.
