250 NSS volunteers examined in camp at PU

Chandigarh: A health screening camp was organized at Panjab University by the NSS unit in association with Ojas Super Specialty Hospital, Panchkula today.
 
In camp, 250 NSS volunteers were screened for blood pressure, random blood sugar and body mass index.
 
This was followed by an interactive session on health management by Dr. Manjushri Sharma, assistant professor of Hospital Management and Program officer NSS.
 
During occasion, the volunteers also filled a health questionnaire on lifestyles habits including sleep, diet, smoking, alcohol consumption and drug abuse.
