Jalandhar, July 22, 2015: 23 Students of St Soldier Management and Technical Institute got merit positions in Punjab Technical University. Among these students Jaspreet Sandhu of Bsc Fashion technology got first position in university merit list by scoring 84.18% and Diksha Kanojia of BSc MEFT also got first position with79.33%. Whereas Harmanpreet kaur,Harjot kaur and Pooja of Bsc FT (1st sem)got fifth position by having 81.82% marks. Silky Khillan with 81.45 got 6th and Deepika Thakur with 81.27 got seventh position in the university merit list. Students of the same department Rohit Kumar with 80.36% hold 8th and Harpreet Kaur and jyoti with 80.18 got 9th position in the
merit list. Students of BSc MEFT also make their place in the university merit list. Shivani of Bsc MEFT 1st sem scored 79.33% marks and got second position, Karanpal and Nikhilpreet Singh with 77 % got 4th position,Bharat Kumar got 74.17 % and hold 7th position wheras Rajkumar with 73.5 % got 8th and Vishal Kumar with 73.33 got 9th position in PTU merit list. In the department of BSc Medical Lab Science Ginita stood third and scored 88.8% and
Sukhjit Singh got 84.7% and hold 9th position in the merit. Gurpreet Kaur of BBA 3rd Sem got 82.33% and hold 8th position and Hitesh Kumar of MCom with 63.64% got 3rd position in university merit. .In MCA 5th sem Nandini
Chatrath and Navjot Kaur got 5th position by scoring 88.76% marks and Pradeep kaur of MCA 5th sem got 85.71% and hold 3rd position in the university merit list.
