Ludhiana, April 1, 2014: Indian Radiologically Imaging Association Punjab State Branch organised a 1st annual conference on Musculoskeletal Radiology in CMC assembly hall. Dr. A.G Thomas, Director CMC was the chief guest who inaugurated the ceremony. Dr.Uttam George welcomed the guests. Dr.C.L. Thukral was guest of honour.
The other eminent people were Dr.Kim Mammen and Dr.Bhardwaj. Dr.Sunil Katyal and Dr.Kulwant Singh members PMC (Punjab Medical Council) emphasised on need of such conference to update knowledge of Radiologists.
Eminent speakers were Dr.Anish and Dr Malina from Mumbai. About 120 delegates attended the session. Others speakers were Dr.O.P Bansal secretary general IRA National. Who updated the delegates on PC and PNDT(Pre Natal Conception and Pre Natal Diagnostic Technique).
New Team of office bearer of IRIA PB state was elected in general body meeting of IRIA, Punjab State under the chairmanship of Dr.S.S Nijjer in CMC Assembly hall. Following were elected the office bearer for 2014-2015 year.
President Dr.Kamlesh Gupta GMC (Govt. Medical College, Amritsar), Sectary Dr.Aditi Raina, Vice President, Dr.Subash Singla CMC and Dr.Uttam George CMC
Dr.Rajeev Garg secretary PB state gave the vote of thanks.
