Hoshiarpur, October 14, 2026: Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Wednesday dedicated 154 new Aam Aadmi Clinics (AAC) to the people, taking the state’s total to 1,245, and asserted that his government’s priority is to deliver quality healthcare, education and employment rather than indulge in politics of slogans. During a public gathering at village Harkhowal in Chabbewal, he highlighted over 6.48 crore OPD visits at the clinics and healthcare coverage worth up to ₹10 lakh for 54.20 lakh families, while warning that a change of government could put public welfare initiatives, including free bus travel for women and monthly financial assistance, at risk.
Taking to X, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann stated: “Today, we have dedicated 154 new Aam Aadmi Clinics to the people of Punjab. These clinics were inaugurated during a massive public rally at village Harkhowal in Chabbewal. With this, the total number of Aam Aadmi Clinics in Punjab has reached 1,245. So far, patients have benefited from free medicines and diagnostic tests at these clinics on more than 6.5 crore occasions. Our government’s job is not to make people raise slogans of victory or defeat, but to ensure healthcare, education and employment for the people. The traditional political parties have only looted Punjab. They may resort to any number of malicious tactics to defame us, but as long as I have the love and trust of the people, I have nothing to fear from them. Inquilab Zindabad.”
