Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta informed that the Class 12 Fine Arts examination conducted today by the Haryana Board of School Education was completed smoothly, peacefully and in a transparent manner across the district with comprehensive administrative arrangements in place.

Rohtak, March 25, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta informed that the Class 12 Fine Arts examination conducted today by the Haryana Board of School Education was completed smoothly, peacefully and in a transparent manner across the district with comprehensive administrative arrangements in place.

He said that out of a total of 1469 registered students, 1447 appeared for the examination, while 22 remained absent. The Deputy Commissioner highlighted that the district administration had ensured foolproof arrangements for the fair and malpractice-free conduct of examinations.

Flying squads were constituted and duty magistrates were deployed at examination centres to maintain strict vigilance. Adequate police arrangements were also ensured at all centres to maintain law and order and provide a secure environment for students.

A total of 45 examination centers have been established in the district for the ongoing board examinations. To ensure effective monitoring, a control room has been set up at the office of the District Education Officer. The control room is functioning under the supervision of senior officials and can be contacted at 01262-271871 for any assistance related to the examinations.

The Deputy Commissioner reiterated that the district administration is committed to conducting all examinations in a fair, transparent and smooth manner.
