100 days countdown to International Yoga Day begins at Home Science College

Chandigarh, May 13, 2022: As a prelude to the upcoming ‘International Yoga Day' observed every year on June 21, NSS Volunteers of Government Home Science College are holding a yoga camp on the college premises. The camp involves the conduct of yoga activities as well as awareness session about the health benefits of yoga through demonstrations and talks. The camp was initiated on May 7, 2022, and will continue till June 21.

The principal of the college, Prof Sudha Katyal encouraged the volunteers to be an active part of these yoga celebrations so as to ensure their complete physical and mental well-being
