Chandigarh, August 23, 2013: The Punjab Government today transferred one IPS and five PPS officers in the state with immediate effect.
Disclosing this here today a spokesman of the Punjab Government said that S Bhoopathi IPS, SSP Khanna has been transferred and posted as Commandant Ist IRB.
Surjit Singh Grewal PPS , SSP Moga has been transferred and posted as SSP Fazilka. Likewise, Mr. Kamaljit Singh Dhillon, PPS, Commandant 5th Commando Battalion, Bahadurgarh, Patiala has been transferred and posted as SSP Moga.
Surinderjit Singh Mand, PPS, AIG/Crime Punjab, Chandigarh has been transferred and posted as SSP Batala.
Meanwhile, Sushil Kumar, PPS Commandant, 2nd Commando Battalion, Bahadugarh, Patiala has been transferred and posted as SSP Khanna. Manminder Singh, PPS, State Special Operation Cell (SSOC) Amritsar has been transferred and posted as SSP Ferozepur in place of Varinderpal Singh, PPS who has been now posted as Commandant, 2nd Commando Battalion, Bhadurgarh, Patiala.
