Bangalore, June 2, 2017: Benjarong, the most popular destination for Thai food lovers in Bangalore is celebrating the season of mango by introducing a new A la carte menu with dishes made of raw and ripe mangoes for guests at its outlet in Ulsoor Road. The new menu will be available for the till the end of Mango season.
Mango is a routine ingredient in most of the Thai dishes, to highlight the same a carefully curated menu have been prepared by Chefs of Benjarong, with Mango based special Thai mocktail, salads, curry, stir-fry and desserts. The menu include Namprik mamuang, a mango drink made from the fresh mango pulp, Thai red chilli with a mild twist of basil and lemon, salads include luscious mango based Namyam mamuang and Yum mamuang goong yang. Scrumptious curry include Kaeng kari linchi mamuang in variants of Goong (Prawn), Gai (Chicken) and Phak (Veg), with delightful stir-fry such as Tohu mamuang pahd priew warn, Mamuang pahd manow khing in variants of Goong (Prawn), Gai (Chicken) and Phak (Veg). And finally the desserts include toothsome dishes such as Alphonso mango pannacotta, Fresh mango with vanilla ice cream, Khao niew mamuang (Sweetened sticky rice with alphonso mangoes).
