ZEE TV: PRESENTING the mother of all dance shows…DID Super Moms!

‘Dance India Dance’, the show that redefined ‘dance’ as a genre in our country is back again with yet another unique concept to enthrall the viewers. Across all the different seasons of DID, there has been one common factor –the families of all contestants on the show have never shied away from joining their sons/daughters on stage to shake a leg. Taking this ahead, Zee TV will soon bring you a new show with a concept that has never been explored before! It is time for all mothers across India to take centrestage with ‘DID Super Moms’.

“Dance India Dance as a series is associated with superlative talent who has wowed the country with their mind blowing performances!” says Ajay Bhalwankar, ZEEL Content Head (Hindi GEC). “Through every edition of Dance India Dance, be it for adults or li’l kids, we have seen the mothers of all contestants expressing a desire to dance. After seeing them take to the stage so confidently, we thought of showcasing their talent and providing them a platform. They are moms who are passionate about dancing but have never got the opportunity. They are women who don’t believe that marriage and kids are a hindrance between them and their dreams. Our criteria does not change for this series just because they are mothers…our audiences can be rest assured that their dancing will surely be of the high standard that DID contestants are synonymous with.”

Auditions for the show will kickstart this week with Zee TV calling for entries in 15 cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Raipur, Kolkata, Indore, Patna, Lucknow, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Guwahati, Jammu, Ranchi, Ahmedabad and Bangalore) across the country.
