Ferozepur, June 27, 2017: Following the seizure of six packets of heroin, the alert sleuths belonging to Ferozepur sector recovered two Pakistani SIM Cards and 245 gram heroin hidden in a iron bar (length about 30 inch, diameter about 4 inch) during a search operation near border out post Mehdipur.
B.S.Rajpurohit, DIG, BSF, Ferozepur Sector while giving details said that during the search operation near international fencing the recovery was made.
It is pertinent to mention here that on 25th June, the BSF in a joint operation with STF (Special Task Force) had recovered six packets of heroin.
