World Youth Title and Asian Silver Title in Boxing Night at Panchkula on April 14

Chandigarh: Tricity sports lovers will have an opportunity to witness prestigious World Boxing Council’s World Youth Title and Asian Silver Title in Boxing Night at Tau Devi Lal Indoor Stadium, Panchkula (Haryana) on 14th April from 1800 Hrs till 2100 Hrs.

According to Jai Singh, Director, Royal Sports Promotions, the event will be organised by Royal Sports Promotions affiliated with World Boxing Council (WBC) and Professional Boxing India (PBI). He said the details of fight are as under:
• Indian Boxer Rajesh Kasana (Luka) and Philippine’s Boxer Glenn Enterina for WBC World Youth Light Weight Title.
• WBC Asia Silver Cruiser Weight Title will be fought between Vikas Singh (India) and Suthat Kalalek (Thailand).
• India’s Karan Singh & Canada’s Roland Jefferey in Welter Weight category 6 Rounds.
• Kirti (India) and Noemi Bosques (USA) (former WIBA Champion) 4 Rounds.
• Ankit Thakur from Himachal Pradesh will fight against Haryana’s Vikas Khatri in Super Welter Weight.
• Sunil Siwach(Junior world champion) will represent Haryana against Chinmay Sengupta of Madhya Pradesh for Featherweight Inter State 4 round contest.

Jai further said that PBI president Jitender Singh is very excited to host this international boxing event in Panchkula. He also said that India is now ready to host such big international events. He added the event will be broadcasted live on Neo Sports Channel.
