World Sanskrit Day being celebrated at BCM Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh road, Ludhiana.
Ludhiana, August 24, 2015: B.CM Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana celebrated the World Sanskrit Day to rejuvenate the ancient language which has been forgotten in India, though it is still honored in many other countries including London University which has included Sanskrit Education in syllabi and made it mandatory. A verse recitation competition was organised by the Hindi Articulators Club in the school conference amongst the students of classes IX-X , The students participated enthusiastically and Gushant Verma of IX J, Ajay of IX I and Shipra of IX H got first , second and third prizes respectively.
