WORKSHOP on `Promoting Exports through E-Commerce’ on March 8

Ludhiana, March 7, 2013: EEPC India in association with FIEO, eBay and PayPal is going to hold a workshop on `Promoting Exports through E-Commerce’ on March 8 at Hotel Fortune Klassik,Ludhiana.

According to Opinder Singh, Deputy Director, EEPC India, Darshan Singh, regional Joint DGFT, will be the Chief Guest. The event will begin at 6.30 pm.

The objective of the workshop is to give an opportunity to the exporters to understand the exciting new sales channel of exports via e-commerce to reach out to global buyers.

The workshop will deliberate on how to export products to 103 million Global Buyers in 150 countries through eBay and PayPal.

Experts from eBay and PayPal will apprise the participants on transitioning smoothly from a sole offline business mode to an integrated model that incorporates end to end services right from listing products on eBay, receiving payments through PayPal alongwith fulfillment service via leading logistics partners like FedEx, ICC worldwide etc.

Further, he said they are also organising IESS 2013 from March 14-16 in Mumbai where more than 1,000 importers are coming for business from all over the world and Czech Republic is Parctner Country in the same.
