Woman shot dead, brother main suspect

New Delhi, July 7 (IANS) A 29-year-old woman was Monday shot dead by any unidentified man, police said. The victim's brother is the main suspect in the crime.

The incident was reported around 10 a.m. from Baba Hari Dass Nagar area in west Delhi.

Vidya, who was travelling on her two-wheeler, was shot in the head, said a police officer.

"An initial inquiry suggested that the woman was killed over some property related issue. The victim's brother is missing, and we suspect his role behind the incident because there was a property dispute between them for some time," the officer said.
