Winters knock Himachal with fresh snow and rainfall in state
Dharamshala, October 11, 2018: Rainfall occurred at most places in Himachal Pradesh during last 24 hours, and snowfall at isolated places in the district of Lahaul & Spiti and the snow ranges of the state, resulting sharp fall in the day and the night temperature of the state.
According to the Met Department of the state, the Lowest temperature was recorded today at Keylong was -0.1 degree Celsius
Snowfall recorded in the Lahoul Spiti district’s headquarter, Keylong-6cm.
The highest rainfall recorded in past 24 hours was in Naina Devi-38 mm, followed by Hamirpur-29mm, Dalhousie-25mm, Dharamshala-22mm, Saloni-21mm, Berthin-19mm, Chamba-16mm, Gohar-15mm, Una-13mm, Banjar, Aghar & Bhoranj-12mm each, Rohru & Bijahi-11mm each, Baldwara-10mm, Sundernagar & Sujanpur Tira-8mm each, Nagrota Suriyan, Kahu, Sangrah, Jogindernagar & Gaggal-7mm each, Mehre & Chhatrari-6mm each, Kotkhai, Bangana, Bharari and Amb-5mm each.
