Welnis Jai Sarson Oil in 3 litre foodgrade pet bottle in Ludhiana

Ludhiana, June 2, 2019: Daily Punjabi food items rank high in terms of oil content. There have been concerns regarding the consumption of excess oil which leads to significant cardiovascular issues in the human body. High cholesterol is the known cause of plaque collection in the arteries, thereby, increasing the chances of a stroke. Even so, the quality of oil can also have an impact of the heart-health. This was stated by Speakers during launch of Welnis Jai Sarson Oil in 3 litre foodgrade pet bottle. Gurkirat Kotli, MLA from Khanna, accompanied with other MLAs, was chief guest at the launching event.
In his address, Gurkirat Singh Kotli, MLA, Khanna said, “I am happy to see that steps are being taken to salvage the issue of toxic oil consumption in Punjab. Our dishes are incomplete without copious amount of oil enriching their taste. Therefore, it becomes increasingly important for us to make sure that we are using oils that don’t pose a threat to our healthy living.”
The company officials Directors Ashish Jindal, Gunjan Kansal, Vikram Khanna, BP Singh, Inder Deep Singh and Mentors Amarjit Singh aand Sahib Singh said Welnis Jai Sarson mustard oil is obtained by a process in machining of clean and sound mustard seeds. They added oil is prepared by machine under the controlled environment and temperature. It helps to ward of undesired effect of traditional mustard oil yet retaining the flavours, smell and natural healthy properties of mustard oil. Further, they said their product is widely used in pickle industry as it increases the life of pickles.
A distributors’ meet was also organised on the occasion.
