Jalandhar, September 8, 2019: The P.G.Department of Physics, Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, organized a fresher's party for the fresher students of M.Sc.Physics.
The chief guest of the event was the college Principal Dr.Gurpinder Singh Samra who welcomed the new students and urged them to work hard using all their potential for the development of country.
The Head of the Department Dr.Narveer Singh welcomed the Principal, other guests and students. Group Dance, Solo Dance, Choreography, Bhangra, Skits, Song were presented by the students on this occasion. Palak was declared Miss Fresher, whereas Abhishek was chosen Mr.Fresher. Mannat Sharma was declared Mr.Handsome. Shweta was declared Miss Charming.
Tajinder Kaur, Sukhmandeep Kaur and Pooja acted as anchor.
The occasion was witnessed by Dr.Amanpreet Kaur Sandhu, Dr.Amritpal Singh, Dr.Ranju Mahajan, Dr.Mandeep Kaur, Prof.Rahul Bhatia and students of the department.
