Week long entrepreneurial workshop

Ludhiana: The students of Ludhiana not only want jobs but also want to become entrepreneurs. For that PCTE has set up an Incubator Centre under Punjab Infotech start up cell, Punjab, the Government of India to train the faculty under the program of Train the Trainee. PCTE Group of Institutes welcomed Dr.Saskia Harkema, an expert from the PUM Netherlands to conduct a week long training workshop on Entrepreneurship for the faculty members.
Dr. Saskia is a professional with both hands-on and academic experience in innovation and entrepreneurship. The session included generation of business ideas, sensitizing entrepreneurship to all fields effectively and so on. During the session various activities were conducted to give deep insights about the practical aspects of entrepreneurship.
Prof. Naresh Sachdev, Faculty of Business Management & Dean Corporate Relations, PCTE Group of Institutes said that it was a great learning for the faculty members to attend such an informative workshop, where the Wisdom & Impeccable skills of Dr. Saskia inspired the academicians. These kinds of workshops will help the faculty members to be more innovative in educating the students to think out of the box and become successful entrepreneurs in future.
