The Wadhwa Group partners with Azuro to make home leasing easy!

Mumbai, October 23, 2017: The Wadhwa Group, a leading player in the realty industry, has exclusively partnered with Azuro, a technology enabled Property Management start-up based out to Mumbai; founded by a team of IIT-Bombay Alumni in 2016, with an aim to solve the problem which home owners face in renting out and managing apartments by leveraging state of art technologies in the entire lifecycle of renting. Azuro provides end-to-end service right from looking for the right tenants, verification & documentation process and house maintenance.

As a part of this strategic partnership, The Wadhwa Group will offer rental services of Azuro to its 2,000+ customers across some of their delivered and ongoing key projects including The Address at Ghatkopar West, Elite at Kolshet Road, Thane & Atmosphere at Mulund West. This comes at a time when the influx of population into Mumbai is high due to the growth opportunities it presents.
