New Delhi, January 9, 2016 - As a step towards facilitating the growing need of housing in Delhi, Visava Group is all set to work on the Master Plan of L Zone.

Located in South-West Delhi and spread across 22,840 hectare of land, the L Zone is expected to give an impetus to the slow and stagnant real estate market of the national capital.

It is close to IGI Airport and is strategically positioned between Dwarka and Gurgaon. Under the development plan, the authority has divided Delhi into 15 zones wherein ‘L’ Zone is the largest and boasts Najafgarh as the only census town in the zone.

Visava Group’s first Smart City at Delhi, L-Zone. Offering the perfect blend of modern amenities, world class infrastructure and International work culture set in a scenic landscape environment.

According to Mr. Chaman Panwar, Managing Director-Visava Group," 2015 has seen sluggish growth in Real Estate sector wherein supply has outstripped demand and unsold inventory has been at all-time high. The sector was looking towards the Government for policies that could act as a catalyst to direct the sector towards growth trajectory. Although 2015 has seen few positive announcements & predictions as well including the cabinet approval of the real estate bill including the projected 7-7.5% GDP growth rate which has not only boosted consumer confidence but has pumped in positive sentiments around the sector. We hope 2016 to be watershed year for the sector wherein Real Estate players are now having a much targeted approach towards the market and rather than launching new projects, they are keen to complete existing projects and focus on the high demand mid segment market.”
