Virbhadra Singh hails Congress victory in Punjab

Dharamshala, March 11, 2017: Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh has congratulated Capt Amrinder Singh and the Congress party for well deserved win in Punjab assembly elections. He said that the BJP and SAD alliance were not able to fulfill the aspirations of the people of Punjab in last ten years and the development had come to standstill due to the authoritative rule of Badal Government.
He also congratulated Capt Amrinder Singh on his 75th birthday and said that there could have been no other gift as valuable, as the people of Punjab gave him. He said that Punjab would witness a new era of development in Congress regime.
