Vigilance Bureau Registers Case Against DTO Pyara Singh

Chandigarh, April 7, 2016: Vigilance Bureau has registered a case against Mr.Pyara Singh District Transport Officer.
Disclosing this here today an official spokesman of the Vigilance Bureau said that case has been registered against Mr.Pyara Singh District Transport Officer on the basis of complaint No. 67/2015 dated 5/04/2016. Mr.Pyrara Singh had challaned a few trucks for overloading and later tempered this record.
Spokesman further said that Vigilance Bureau booked Pyara Singh under Sections 409,420,467,468,471,120-B,IPC & 13(1) D. 13(2) P.C. Act 1988 and investigation is under process.
