Valedictory Ceremony of FDP on Entrepreneurship at Apeejay College of Fine Arts

Jalandhar, January 10, 2015: The Faculty Development Programme going on since last 12 days was concluded today. Rajesh Kalra, Professor and Head, Department of Commerce, GNDU College, Jalandhar and Sudhir Gera, Director IEC Kirloskar Generator were the Chief guests of the day.

Dr.Sucharita Sharma, Principal, remarked that the different resource-persons have given a key note to the participants that a unique idea and unique selling point of the product and not a sharp IQ are needed for initiating and flourishing an entrepreneurial business. Sharing her personal experience of this FDP, Rajni Kumar, Department of Design of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, said that being a teacher, we can involve students also in entrepreneurial business and elevate the business from small scale to large scale business.

Jagmohan Mago, Department of Computer Science, expressing his views said that we can make mark and carve a unique niche in entrepreneurial business with the3 help of E-Commerce, data analytic, Big Data and Cloud Computing. Entrepreneurs can expand and strengthen their business with the help of these innovations of computer technology.

Dr. Sucharita, Principal paid glowing accolades to Rupali Sood, Head, Department of Computer Science and Jagmohan Mago, coordinator for the successful conclusion of this grand event which will be cherished by one and all.
