Ludhiana, November 12, 2014: Ramgarhia Girls College, Ludhiana, is organising an event on November 13 at 11 a.m in the college auditorium to remember the unsung heroes of World War I.
Charanjit Singh Atwal, Speaker, Punjab Legislative Assembly, shall grace the occasion as Chief Guest and Bhupinder Singh Holland, an eminent historian and author shall address the students and give them information regarding the contribution of Sikhs in World War I.
The event aims to commemorate 100 years of the beginning of World War I, a date that is frozen forever in the pages of history.
