UIET faculty and staff on tree plantation spree to celebrate their birthday's

Chandigarh, July18, 2018: The faculty members and staff at UIET, Panjab University Chandigarh are setting examples for society by preferring to Plant Trees on their birthdays than partying. Under this series Dr Gagandeep Singh faculty member from UIET donated saplings that were planted at UIET today by faculty members and staff of Mechanical Engineering department with Prof Savita Gupta, Director UIET. Last week one staff member from ECE Department also donated the plants on birthday of her son. The faculty members pledged to take care of the plants as well.
