Ferozepur, January 6, 2014: Two youngsters were arrested last night for allegedly using forged documents to participate in a recruitment drive being organised by Indian Army at Jyoti Stadium, Ferozepur Cantt. The police caught them red handed while they were reportedly encouraging others to use forged documents.

Veer Singh and Surinder Singh of Village Bhagthala in Faridkot district had participated in the recruitment drive but both of them failed in the physical test. Last night when they were wandering and boasting with others about their forged documents, were held by the policemen on the basis of doubt.

When questioned, they informed that a few persons who are running an academy at Chajjali (Sangrur) have allegedly helped them in forging their documents.
