The Trump Organization And IREO Announce Tie-Up For Planned New Luxury Office Tower In Gurgaon

Chandigarh, April 18, 2016: The Trump Organization announced today that they have tied up with India’s first and largest real estate private equity firm, IREO, to bring to market an iconic office tower in the heart of one of India’s fastest growing cities, Gurgaon. To be designed by the award winning Norman Foster-led architectural design firm, Foster + Partners, this new tower will mark the third development in India for Trump, the most globally recognized brand in real estate.

The new tower will be situated in a prime location, along the premier Golf Course Extension Road in Gurgaon, and when completed, will be the tallest of its kind in this rapidly expanding and vibrant Indian city. It will also be located within the upcoming IREO City area, which is an upscale, 500-acre world class, mixed-use development that IREO is developing along the Golf Course Extension Road.
