Tiny tots of Doon Public School, Panchkula visited a restaurant as part of their curriculum, which focuses on practical exposure about various 'learning aspects'.
Panchkula, August 25, 2015: Students of the Nursery Section of Doon Public School, A New Generation Senior Secondary School, Sector-21, Panchkula visited a popular eating joint ‘Raunak’ Sector-20, Panchkula. The aim of the visit was to make the children know as how to place an order for their meal, where the payment is to be made as how to sit and eat in a proper manner. The children enjoyed their snacks served by the restaurant and had fun.
Said Capt. Sanjay Anand, SM, Principal, “The restaurant’s management briefed the children about how an eatery functions, its different areas including kitchen etc. Our aim in school is to give practical exposure to kids and this is why visits like these are organized regularly.”
