SIM Cards recovered by BSF troops.
Ferozepur, March 9, 2016: BSF jawans belonging to 137 Battalion deputed at Border Out Post J R Hithar recovered one packet heroin and three Pakistani SIM Cards of Zong Company. Giving details, R.K Thapa, DIG, BSF, Ferozepur Sector said that today morning the BSF jawans deployed at BOP J R Hithar observed some suspicious movement near international boundary. Later, during a special search operation, the BSF officials recovered one packet heroin and three Pakistani SIM cards of Zong Company.
On 4th March also, the jawans of 137 battalion deployed at Border Out Post Dona Raja Deena Nath had interdicted a Pakistani intruder and had recovered one Pakistani mobile, one SIM card (Telenor) from him.
More than 80 Pakistani SIM Cards and more than three dozen Pakistani mobiles have been recovered during the last two years.
