Teachers help in development of society & country: MLA Kuldeep Singh Vaid

Ludhiana, September 5, 2019: Gill MLA Kuldeep Singh Vaid today said that the teachers play vital role in the development of society as well as our country and everyone should respect them. He said this while attending a Teachers Day function at Government Senior Secondary School, Lalton Kalan, here today.
Vaid said that teachers help in shaping a constructive society and that is why, everyone should show respect towards them. He also shared his personal good experiences with his teachers. He urged the students to follow the path shown by their parents and teachers.
He said that the Punjab government is committed for safeguarding the rights of teachers. On this occasion, he also honoured students who have excelled in various fields. Prominent among those present on the occasion included Pargat Singh Lalton, besides several others.
