Taiwanese delegation to visit Punjab shortly

Ludhiana: Upkar Singh Ahuja, President and Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) jointly said Jason Lin from Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), Taipei World Trade Centre Liaison Office visited CICU and had detailed discussion with Senior Members about increase in Bilateral Trade and Providing Technology to MSME Industry and setting up Plants in Punjab .
CICU is working aggressively to straighten Ties with Taiwan Industry, in March 2019 and Member delegation visited Taiwan, Further CICU President along with senior officers of Punjab Government visited Taiwan and met many industrial Houses
Taiwan industry is realigning its supply Chain and its keen to invest in India. Already many units setup in Sothern India. CICU trying to bring Taiwan Companies to Punjab, It will give business to MSME units in Punjab.
The meeting was attended by Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, CICU, Didarjit Singh, V.P CICU, Angad Singh, Joint Secretary, CICU, Honey Sethi, Organizing Secretary, CICU and other member of the Chamber.
